I cannot believe that Thanksgiving has already come and gone.  It’s crazy that we are almost to December already! Now, everyone is gearing up for Christmas and New Years and I could not be more excited about it, but a lot of stress does tend to come with all of the excitement, as well, which is why it is so important to focus on self-care leading into the holiday season.
